AHEIA consults regularly with members’ senior human resources and industrial relations professionals by way of State-based meetings. These provide an opportunity for AHEIA consultants to brief member representatives on national industrial relations developments, and for member views to inform AHEIA strategies and priorities. Generally, these meetings take place on a monthly basis.
