Managing Ill or Injured Workers
What is the program about
This 3 hour workshop adapted from AHEIA's popular People Manager Program focuses on the practical considerations for managing employees affected by illness or injury.
The workshop is specifically designed for university staff responsible for managing others and staff who provide information and advice on the management of ill or injured workers.
Participants will learn about and discuss the relevant legal framework and key legal principles that come into play when managing ill health termination provisions provided for in university enterprise agreements.
