Salary Database Now Available to Members

Did you know you already have access to salary pay rate data through the AHEIA website?

We’re pleased to highlight the Salary Database, an interactive resource available to all AHEIA members. The database has been developed to support members in comparing and benchmarking their university against sector peers and relevant comparison groups. These insights can be particularly useful in informing Enterprise Bargaining and broader workforce planning.

Using the Salary Database, you can:

  • View salary pay rates across all universities at a specific point in time
  • Benchmark your university’s pay rates for specific staff classifications against     comparison groups
  • Compare Nominal Expiry Dates (NEDs) and EA durations across the sector

The Salary Database is available via the AHEIA website under Resource Hub → Enterprise Bargaining → Salary Database.
