It’s not ‘wage theft’: Senate Inquiry

The Senate inquiry found that wage underpayments are often caused by complex workplace laws, not deliberate “wage theft”. Its findings support AHEIA’s position that awards and enterprise agreements should be clearer and easier to apply, while rejecting the NTEU’s characterisation of university underpayments as intentional.
